Recently, our TBSE PRODUCTION LINE, a dual-seal flexible spacer machine, has been successfully commissioned in Korea and put into official operation.
Equipped with SOFT SPACER DUAL SEAL flexible spacer technology, the machine features:
1. Fast strip coding speed
2. Cost saving (eliminates butyl extruder, aluminum spacer bending machine and molecular sieve filling machine)
3. Labor saving (reduces three operators)
4. Improved product quality (double-channel sealing for better heat insulation and noise reduction)
The successful implementation of this project in South Korea marks another recognition of TBSE flexible warm edge technology in overseas markets, providing efficient and energy-saving solutions for high-end insulating glass production.
