Some people have asked why the motors at the front and rear of the sealing robot machine head keep alarming. First, it should be clarified that there are currently two types of motors used in sealing robot lines: servo motors and stepper motors, and we use servo motors. These motors rarely alarmed in the past, and the core reason for the change is the shift in production processes. In the past, most of the products processed were double-glazed units, with a high proportion of glass panels of the same size.

However, due to current market changes—including demands from the home decoration market—there has been a significant increase in diverse glass products such as 9A triple-glazed (two-cavity) units, 12A triple-glazed (two-cavity) units, and double-glazed units with different cavity sizes. Since the servo motors at the front and rear of the machine head are mainly responsible for precise positioning, they frequently switch positions from adapting to 9A aluminum spacers to 12A ones. After long-term high-frequency operation, these motors are prone to power loss.

Therefore, when encountering motor alarms, you can first check whether there is a problem with the battery inside the servo motor.
