
Issues like uneven sealant application, failure to apply sealant properly, or inconsistent sealant volume boil down to two key areas.
First, the hydraulic system: uneven sealant application is closely linked to the stability of the hydraulic station. For example, if the set pressure is 5 but drops to 4.5 during operation, the sealant volume will decrease, inevitably compromising the application quality.
Second, the scanning ruler during installation and commissioning: its data accuracy must be verified. For instance, if the data shows a scanning depth of 4.5, check with a physical ruler to see if the actual depth matches. Misalignment between these two will directly cause problems like inconsistent volume, overflow, or insufficient filling.
Other components have much less impact on the application effect, so these two areas should be prioritized for inspection and adjustment.
