What Powers Insulating Glass Sealing Robot Line Automation?

The core and most critical components of the entire sealing robot line are, first, the hydraulic station and, second, the booster cylinder. This is because the quality of the sealant application—whether the sealant is full or overflows—closely relates to these two components, and they need to cooperate with each other. Therefore, during the sealant application process, the key lies in the stability of the two gauges on the smart pressure gauge. Their stability depends on the hydraulic station: the proportional relief valve in the hydraulic station has extremely high precision, and if there are impurities in the oil, it is prone to jamming. Once jammed, the overall pressure will become unstable.

However, this design also has significant advantages: after setting the parameters on the touchscreen, there is usually no need to modify them again; if you want to speed up the glass sealant application or increase the pressure, you can operate directly on the front touchscreen. It should be noted that without this proportional relief valve, not only can such adjustments not be achieved, but the machine cannot be regarded as a complete automated system either.
