Currently, there are three power sources for insulating glass machine plate presses on the market, one is pneumatic, one is hydraulic, and one is servo. Today I will introduce to you their respective advantages and disadvantages.
Pneumatic plate presses use compressed air as a power source and are adaptable to a wide range of environments and are not affected by changes in temperature. However, their only disadvantage is that they are not powerful enough;
Hydraulic plate presses are powerful but are greatly affected by temperature, especially In winter, the oil temperature is not high enough to compress the glass in the same time. When the temperature rises at noon or afternoon, the time to compress the glass is too long;
The full servo plate press is suitable for engineering orders but not suitable for loose orders, because the servo plate press calculates the position, for example, if you plan to make two pieces of glass with a 5mm hollow and 6mm, you must enter a total thickness of 16mm. If you change the size, you need to modify other values.
Generally speaking, there are these three power sources. Each factory chooses according to its personal needs. In short, the one that suits you is the best.
