First, during the washing and drying stages, if no glass is placed on the machine within 20 seconds, the brushes and nozzles will automatically turn off.
Second, there is a butterfly valve on the fan of our automatic insulating glass machine line . The function of this butterfly valve is that it will close when the glass stops. After it is closed, the entire fan will start in a soft circulation mode. In this way, a certain energy-saving effect can be achieved.
Third, our automatic insulating glass machine line is equipped with a photoelectric switch at both the head and the tail of each section. The function of this photoelectric switch is that when no glass enters a certain section, the entire conveying structure of that section will not rotate. When the glass touches the first photoelectric switch of that section, the entire section will start to rotate. This can play a significant role in energy conservation, and it can also extend the service life of the conveying bearings.
