Today I will show you how to perform routine maintenance on the third section of the insulating glass production line.
This section is the transmission section, which is the first section of glass after the washing machine.
First, keep the backing wheel clean and dust-free. After long-term use, wipe it regularly with alcohol or water. The backing wheel of our machine is made of customized imported silicone material. It will also reduce the occurrence of wheel seals;
Secondly, the transmission chain behind should be wiped with butter regularly to maintain the smooth transmission of glass.
