Insulating glass flower glue refers to the glue that does not flow out smoothly, but presents irregular shapes like petals.
We think that first of all, we should pay attention to the pressure of the smart pressure gauge of black glue and white glue after the glue is filled, and then see the pressure of the pressure gauge during the glue application process, and observe whether the two pressures change, because the ratio of white glue to black glue is 1:10 during normal glue adjustment. If the two pressures do not match, flower glue will appear;
Second, the one-way valve on the glue machine is controlled by the internal spring. After long-term use, the tightness of the spring is different from that of the new equipment, resulting in glue return. At this time, the one-way valve can be replaced or cleaned;
Third, flower glue is also related to the glue mixing core and the glue mixer. After long-term use, the glue mixer needs to be cleaned in time and the glue mixing core needs to be replaced, which has a good effect on subsequent glue application.
