1. Use a grease gun to inject butter into the oil filling port of the machine head slider within 2 to 3 months to lubricate it; clean the backrest wheel and board surface every day on your way to and from get off work to keep them clean, and clean the sealant nozzle and belt every day on your way to and from get off work;
2. Apply lubricating oil to the screw and chain every one month;
3. Inject lubricating oil into the reducer within 2 to 3 months;
4. The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic station should be replaced every 12 months;
5. Keep the surface of the auxiliary tug, cylinder polished rod and V-belt clean, and apply lubricating oil regularly to keep it lubricated;
6. Regularly add lubricating oil to the joint part of the booster cylinder to keep it lubricated, keep the piston rod clean, and apply lubricating oil regularly;
7. Regularly replace the black rubber and white sealant pump oil cups with new lubricating oil to keep the lubricating oil clean and extend the service life of the sealing ring;
8. The six nuts on the three connecting rods on the upper part of the column should be inspected every half a month; the machine head chain connecting nut should be inspected every half a month; the auxiliary cylinder tug nut should be inspected every half a month. If it is loose, please tighten it.
