1. When filling the molecular sieve, the aluminum spacer closing time is too long, more than 45 minutes, which causes the molecular sieve to be exposed to the air for a long time, causing the molecular sieve to absorb moisture and fail;
2. The construction environment has large temperature differences and high humidity, and the applied sealant bubbles, causing the glass seal to fail;
3. The four corners of the middle glass are not properly sealed, the butyl sealant is unevenly coated, and there are disconnections or even cracks, which ultimately leads to the sealing failure of the middle glass;
4. Uneven mixing of the two-component a and b sealant leads to incompatibility and non-adhesion, and the sealant does not meet the construction standards, resulting in the sealing failure of the insulating glass;
5. Sealing failure due to the original glass sheet not being cleaned during the construction process.
