Second, the settings of the scanner, including the angle, position, potentiometer switch of the scanner, will affect the amount of sealing output;
Third, the hydraulic system, the hydraulic station is the heart of the entire production line. The greater the hydraulic pressure, the more glue will be output and the faster the sealing speed will be. However, if the pressure is too high, once the pressure gauge of the hydraulic station exceeds 10 MPa, the pipeline and pressure gauge on the machine will explode. We made relevant settings for the intelligent pressure gauge before the machine leaves the market. If the pressure reaches more than 35, the machine will automatically alarm and shut down;
Fourth, the sealing speed is also related to the thickness of the aluminum spacer.
