What Influences the Sealing Speed of Insulating Glass Robots?

In insulating glass manufacturing, sealing speed is a critical factor—directly tying to production efficiency, product durability, and a company’s market edge. A robot’s sealing pace isn’t random; it’s shaped by specific, interrelated factors that balance speed with precision. Here’s what determines it:

1.Electronic control system: Its response time and speed directly impact the robot’s performance.

2.Scanner settings: Angle, position, and potentiometer switches influence sealant dispensing volume.

3.Hydraulic system: As the production line’s "heart," higher pressure generally increases sealant output and speed. However, pressure exceeding 10MPa may damage pipelines and gauges; the system is preset to alarm and shut down automatically at 35MPa.  

4.Glass spacer bar thickness: This also affects sealing speed.
