1.Electronic control system: Its response time and speed directly impact the robot’s performance.
2.Scanner settings: Angle, position, and potentiometer switches influence sealant dispensing volume.
3.Hydraulic system: As the production line’s "heart," higher pressure generally increases sealant output and speed. However, pressure exceeding 10MPa may damage pipelines and gauges; the system is preset to alarm and shut down automatically at 35MPa.
4.Glass spacer bar thickness: This also affects sealing speed.
