The sealant leakage when the fully automatic insulating glass sealing line is sealing may be due to the sealant depth detection device and sealant depth detection head not being in the center of the aluminum strip or the hydraulic station. It is caused by unstable work pressure and other reasons. There are different solutions for different reasons:
1. Due to a problem with the sealant depth detection device, it is necessary to check whether the rotary potentiometer is operating normally.
2. Because the sealant depth probe is not in the center of the aluminum spacer, it needs to be adjusted so that the detection head is in the center of the aluminum strip.
3. Since the working pressure of the hydraulic station is unstable, the hydraulic station needs to be checked. sealant overflow caused by too hot weather. Lower the temperature of the edge banding machine by about 10 degrees, and then see if the problem is improved, or you can open the sealant box to see how the fluidity of the sealant is. If it is not ideal, lower the temperature again until it is suitable. Adjust the amount of sealant applied. Generally, the amount of sealant applied by the edge banding machine is too large, causing excess sealant to overflow and stick to the pressing wheel. You can use a wallpaper knife to scrape it off.
