All of our insulating glass machine lines and fully automatic sealing lines must undergo a strict quality inspection before leaving the factory. Do you know the reason?
First, after the machine that has passed the test and qualified arrives at the site, it can be produced by modulating frequency modulation and turning on the power supply, which will not delay the customer's debugging time for too long;
Secondly, all welding, plastic spraying, and processed parts in our machine line, including the installation standards of each processing section, need to be strictly inspected;
Before the machine leaves the factory, we will have dedicated debugging personnel to debug the machine. The debugging content includes the hydraulic station, the functions of all electrical appliances, cleaning water, plate press operation, etc. Normal machine can be carried out in about two days to ensure the smoothness and safety of the machine.
