Many customers often ask us why honeycombs often appear when changing white glue? This is because two-component silicone sealant releases small molecular gases during the curing process. If these gases cannot be discharged in time, bubbles will form in the glue layer, causing honeycombs to appear.
1. Correctly operate the glue changing process: When changing white glue, make sure to open the glue changing valve and press it to the bottom, and then close the glue changing valve after the glue is discharged. At the same time, pay attention to exhaust the air in the pump to avoid air mixing into the glue.
2. Control environmental conditions: Try to avoid glueing operations in high temperature or high humidity environments. If it cannot be avoided, appropriate measures should be taken, such as using air conditioners or dehumidifiers to adjust the ambient temperature and humidity.
3. Regularly check and maintain the machine: Regularly check the various parts of the sealing robot to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. In particular, check whether the filter interface is leaking and whether the working pump strokes of the A/B components are synchronized. If any problems are found, repair or replace the parts in time.
4. Ensure the quality and uniformity of the glue: Choose a sealant with reliable quality and ensure that the A/B components are mixed evenly. During the mixing process, try to avoid manual stirring to reduce the possibility of air mixing. If a machine is used for mixing, ensure that the machine removes the air in the A component according to a strict process.
