Why Your Insulating Glass Sealing Line Is Slow

A slow insulating glass sealing robot line often traces to three key issues.

First, clogged mixers and glue heads. Over time, dried glue residue builds up inside, blocking smooth flow. Regular cleaning—weekly, or after heavy use—prevents this.

Second, insufficient hydraulic pressure. If the hydraulic station can’t reach recommended pressure levels, it lacks the force to push glue efficiently. Check gauges; address leaks, worn parts, or low fluid to restore pressure.

Third, operator technique. Misusing scanning rulers (for glass measurements) or misadjusting glue depth slows progress. Training on these tools reduces errors and speeds up application.

Fix these—clean machine, maintain pressure, train staff—and your sealing robot line will run efficiently, cutting downtime and boosting output.
