We believe that the speed with the best sealing effect for insulating glass should be the speed that matches the operation of the entire insulating glass production line. From our experience, adjusting the sealing speed to 20 meters per minute is a more appropriate speed.
Why is it said that sealing speed too fast will affect the quality of the product? We once had an old customer who had very strict requirements on product quality. He did not allow any white lines to be exposed. As long as white lines appeared, he would regard the piece of glass as defective qualified, but our sealant relies on pressure to spray the rubber all over the edge of the glass. If the rubber is sealed too fast, the pressure is insufficient, the white lines will appear in many places. Therefore, we believe that sealing too fast will definitely affect the quality of insulating glass.
