1. Yuehang insulating glass inflation line adopts synchronous belt design, which greatly improves gas utilization and inflation speed;
2. The flatness of the glass is very high after being pressed by the plate press, and our plate press adopts vacuum pump design to ensure that the machine has sufficient suction when sucking large glass;
3. The length and height of the glass on the production line will be automatically measured before entering the plate press. The plate press is equipped with servo baffles on both sides. As the glass enters the plate press, it gradually shrinks, assisting the glass to be completely fixed, helping the glass to be better inflated and reducing gas waste;
4. The glass is inflated by bottom inflation. A servo beam is set under the machine, which automatically adjusts according to the width of the aluminum strip to improve gas utilization.
