Many customers are looking for larger-scale machine. The largest insulating glass production line that Shandong Yuehang can now make is 3300mm*8000mm, which basically covers most of the glass industry.
There are the following difficulties in making such a large machine:
First, large glass is generally 8+8mm or 10+10mm laminated glass, so the weight of the glass is very large, and the safety of the glass must be considered;
Second is the cleaning section, and the load-bearing capacity of the cleaning machine must be considered during the cleaning of the glass, and whether the fan in the drying section can completely blow the large glass clean;
Third, because the weight of the glass is very large, wheel marks will be produced when running on the wheels. Our latest production line adopts a full servo design, and the transport beam moves up and down with the height of the glass, which truly achieves that the glass and the wheel do not touch and no wheel marks are produced;
Fourth, when placing the aluminum frame, we provide users with a lifting platform to make it easier for workers to install;
