Does insulating glass need to be inflated automatically or manually?

There are generally two methods for filling argon gas into insulating glass: fully automatic filling production line and manual filling. Among them, the one with high efficiency and up to standard filling volume is naturally the fully automatic filling production line.

In actual production, the production efficiency of insulating glass depends on the speed of inflation, and the molecular weights of inert gas and air are also different. If manual inflation is used, if the inlet speed is less than the outlet speed, the time will be too long and it will become a bottleneck in production capacity; If the inlet speed is greater than the outlet speed, it will cause gas turbulence in the air layer, and the time to reach the required concentration will become longer. If it is too fast, the internal air pressure will be greater than the normal atmospheric pressure, causing the glass to break. In the fully automatic inflation production line, the two pieces of glass are separated, and the gas enters from bottom to top, which can ensure both speed and concentration.

Therefore, in terms of inflation concentration and production efficiency, the fully automatic inflation production line is better than manual inflation.
