1. Test the sealing condition of insulating glass machine. When the test pressure is 9.5 to 10.5 kPa lower than the ambient air pressure, the thickness growth must be greater than or equal to 0.8 mm. If the thickness growth deviation is less than 15% under this air pressure, all leakage samples are suitable and are not allowed. There is leakage;
2. Lower the temperature of the dew point meter to less than or equal to minus 40 degrees, so that the dew point meter is in contact with the surface of the sample, and there is no condensation or frost on the inner surface of the sample;
3. After 168 hours of ultraviolet irradiation, there should be no traces of fogging or contamination on the inner surface of the insulating glass;
4. After 320 cycles of climate cycle and high-temperature and high-humidity climate tests, and 224 cycles of high-temperature tests, a dew point test was conducted after the test. There were 12 pieces in total, and at least 11 pieces were free of condensation or frost. Only manufacturers that meet the above performance machine worth choosing.
