The fully automatic insulating glass sealing robot line can produce special-shaped home appliance glass, triangle glass, double glass, triple glass. The standard machine is divided into three sections, input section, output section 1 and output section 2, which can achieve uninterrupted production. Each section panel uses an embedded backing wheel to make the wheel surface flat and the sealing effect is better; if the glass length exceeds 4 meters, we recommend the upgraded version, which adopts a design of two large sections and four small sections to avoid overloading of large glass and achieve smooth transportation of glass.
Our machine is equipped with two sets of sealing configurations as standard, which is convenient for switching between different sealants. It is composed of a two-component sealing system and a hydraulic system. Under the control of the electrical system, it realizes glue supply and secondary pressurization to ensure a stable sealing effect.
Each section of the machine uses a V-belt transmission structure, which is stable and easy to replace. Each motion unit is controlled by a servo motor, combined with a high-precision sensor to achieve precise positioning of the glass, full corners, full sealing surface without air lines, no need for repair, and one-time molding.
It supports saving multiple glass presets, and there is no need to re-fill parameters when sealing. The control system uses two configuration schemes: Japan Yaskawa and China Delta. Pneumatic components (including cylinders, solenoid valves, and pressure valves) are all from Japan SMC. The touch screen is easy to operate and the machine quality is reliable.
