First of all, when checking the pressure, you must look at the pressure gauge. When sealing normally, the pressure is reflected here. So how to control the pressure of the machine?
We have equipped a very critical component here, which is the proportional relief valve. It can control the pressure of the glue application very accurately. But it has a defect, that is, its aperture is very small, which is the reason for the valve jam phenomenon that customers always ask about. Because the aperture is small, we require the hydraulic oil injected into it to be clean enough, so that there will be no impurities blocking the valve hole, and we must also pay attention to timely cleaning during the daily use of the machine.
For example, a customer's machine sealing pressure fluctuated, and no adjustments were made. In fact, the No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil they used was fake, because after pouring the oil out, it would quickly condense into small oil blocks. After replacing it with high-quality hydraulic oil, the pressure returned to normal.
