Why does the insulating glass sealing robot produce flower glue?
You can check from the following 5 aspects:
1. AB glue pressure gauge. Under normal circumstances, the values of AB glue pressure gauge are similar. If the value of white glue is much higher than that of black glue, flower glue may appear;
2. Glue mixer. If the glue mixer is blocked due to long-term cleaning, the sealant cannot be evenly mixed, and flower glue is very likely to appear;
3. Check whether the pneumatic valve has glue leakage or switch damage, insensitivity and other problems;
4. Check all one-way valves. If there is a blockage, it needs to be cleaned in time, especially the one-way valve of black glue;
5. Check the viscosity of the two-component glue. If the concentration of the mixed glue is too thin, it will also cause flower glue.
