When we debug the insulating glass machine, usually the glass is filled with air on the inflation line and then goes to the sealing line for sealing, and then they cycle in sequence.
However, it is not necessarily the case that the faster the sealing speed of the sealing line, the better. Sometimes we encounter this situation, after one piece of glass is sealed, it pauses for a few minutes before the next piece of glass is sealed. Will the sealing effect be good in this way?
We believe that it will be affected to a certain extent, because our glue supply system is divided into two glue supply. The purpose of the first glue supply is to supply glue to the booster cylinder, and the second glue supply is actually the process of sealing. However, after one glue supply, its pressure will definitely drop slowly over time, because our systems cannot achieve 100% sealing. Therefore, after an interval of a few minutes, the first edge of the second glass has a pressurization process when gluing. At this time, its pressure may be smaller, and the saturation of the glue will be smaller.
