Normally, the water used for insulating glass is purified water, and the water quality requirement is within 30-50 Siemens. The glass cleaned with this water will be absolutely fine.
Some customers will ask if tap water is OK. We believe that this kind of water quality cannot guarantee that the washed glass is clean and free of marks.
If the quality requirements for insulating glass are not very high and the order volume is small, this tap water quality can be used, but the cleaning machine must be cleaned and maintained regularly and in a timely manner, because tap water will produce scale, there will be anti-mildew powder on the glass, and glass slag on the tempered glass will remain on the brush and rubber roller.
At this time, some customers will ask how to clean it. We can go to the hardware store to buy some industrial descaling powder and brushes for regular cleaning.
