What should you pay attention to when the horizontal sealing machine produces more or less sealant during use?
1. It is necessary to ensure that the sealant mixer is unobstructed so that the sealant can be smoothed out. Because the inside of the hose is in the form of an auger, as the frequency of use increases, the colloid will continue to hang on the inner wall of the hose, and it will become clogged if it is not cleaned for a long time, so the sealant mixer needs to be cleaned in time;
2. The pressure displayed by the sealant discharging pressure gauge must be stable and cannot fluctuate high or low. Only by ensuring the stability of the pressure gauge can the sealant discharging amount be stable;
3. The sealant head must be close to the glass when applying sealant, and the scanner must be close to the aluminum spacer when scanning, so that the depth of the aluminum spacer can be accurately detected;
