First, adjust the sealant head to 0 degrees and raise it to a suitable position, then push the glass against the sealant head, compare the deviation angle of the sealant nozzle, and then push the glass away from the sealant head to avoid blocking the light;
Adjust the operation interface and click 【Main Menu】【Origin Settings】【Servo Origin Parameter Settings】【Screen Change】【Head Rotation Servo】. If the declination angle is above the sealant nozzle, enter a negative value. If the declination angle is below the sealant nozzle, enter a positive value. After inputting, return to the 【Main Menu】 and click 【Manual Control】【0 Degree】. The sealant head will move according to the entered parameters. Then push the glass back and observe whether the position of the sealant nozzle is appropriate. If the first adjustment is not appropriate, multiple micro-adjustments are required until the position of the sealant nozzle is accurate.
