Why does the insulting glass sealing robot have more and sometimes less rubber? Check the following three points to solve the problem!
Many customers reported in messages on the background that the machine purchased from other places often fails to produce rubber recently. The weather is hot in summer and the temperature is relatively high. In addition to keeping the mixing tube unobstructed, there may also be the following problems:
1. The air pressure cannot meet the usage requirements of the equipment. Check whether the total air pressure of the equipment is normal, usually 0.5-0.8 MPa, whether the a and b switch main valves are normal, and whether the solenoid valve is stuck;
2. If the hydraulic system of the equipment fails, check whether there is pressure in the working status of the hydraulic station, whether the two-way proportional relief valve is unobstructed, and whether the hydraulic lower limit switch of the proportional pump is in normal use;
3. If the digital pressure gauge feedback fails, check the numbers of black rubber and white rubber on the proportional pump. The smart pressure gauge digital can adjust the air pressure of the AB pump. The pressure difference between rubber A and rubber B should be controlled within 2 MPa.
In addition to the above points, when using the equipment, you also need to frequently observe whether there are water droplets in the air source pipeline of the equipment. The air pump must discharge water once a day. Long-term persistence is of great significance to the solenoid valve of the equipment.
