1. The rubber mixing system of the sealing line is blocked, which is manifested by insufficient sealing on one or more of the four sides during the sealing process;
2. The air-controlled needle valve of the sealing line does not open and close smoothly, which shows that the amount of rubber is unevenly controlled during the sealing process, some are more and some are less, and there is even no rubber for more than 10 cm, especially on the corners. The rubber effect is particularly unsightly;
3. There is water in the air supply system of the sealing line, and the water droplets flow into the solenoid valve of the machine through the air pipe, causing the machine to have a large delay in opening and closing the valve during the sealing operation, and the rubber quantity control response is slow;
4. The floating pressure of the rubber head is not adjusted accurately, causing the corner of the rubber nozzle to not fit the glass or crushing the glass, causing rubber leakage at the corners, and the rubber effect is not ideal.
