2. Take a few pellets and put them in your hand, add a few drops of water to make the surface of the pellets moist and feel hot. This is because it displaces the water from the molecular sieve holes and generates heat when activated. The heat is proportional to the size of the holes.
3. Gently rub the water-laden particles with your fingers, no powder will be produced.
4. Observe whether the surface of the pellets is uniform and smooth.
Because molecular sieves have strong adsorption capacity and water absorption, you must also pay attention to moisture-proofing during use.
Especially when filling on rainy days with high air humidity, the operation must be quick to install and seal. When pouring molecular sieve into the aluminum spacer, it must be filled completely. At the same time, more than 90% of the ventilation holes of the aluminum spacer must be well ventilated, otherwise the expected effect will not be achieved.
