Many customers have asked us this question, why does the sealant solidify so quickly when they use the sealing machine? In response to this problem, we conducted in-depth research and finally found that there was a problem with the ratio setting of the sealant machine. Generally, the black and white sealant ratio of the sealing machine is 10:1. If the curing agent, which is the black sealant, accounts for too much, then the curing speed will be increased, so the amount of black sealant output needs to be reduced, so as to effectively reduce the curing speed.
